USB C - showing "The disk is write protected"

My USB-C is not working properly. I can read the content from the USB and the DVD disc. However, it displays messages such as "the disk is write-protected" and "disc is not accessible". I've tried all the advice from the internet – decryption, changing write access to 0, etc. I've also updated the driver software, but nothing seems to work. Does anyone have any advice on how to resolve this?
