Using External Webcam Instead of Integrated

Does anyone have an idea how I can use an external Webcam with my XPS 13 (9370)? This was one of the most poorly designed integrated webcam placements. When the pandemic started, I needed to use my personal laptop for Webex meetings but much to my surprise, people said the only thing they could see of me were my fingers typing. I never realized Dell put them webcam at keyboard level.

I have a Logitech C920S Pro HD Webcam but I cannot seem to get it to override the internal webcam for my laptop. Does anyone have any suggestions on how I can get that to work?

Plug the USB Logitech Live camera into the XPS laptop then open Device Manager, expand Cameras- right click to disable the integrated Webcam device.

The USB Live camera should override being that it is now the only enabled camera.
