Volume pop up not showing up

Hi guys, I just bought a new XPS 15 9500 few days in and noticed that the volume and brightness pup op is no longer visible when I adjust the volume or brightness controls using the F1 F2 F3 F6 and F7 buttons. Can anyone help me? Windows 10 obviously..

We'd like to know more about the issue you're currently experiencing with the Windows 10 volume control. Please answer these questions:

  • When did the issue start to happen?
  • What build of Windows 10 are you currently installed with?
  • Were there any changes/updates to your device prior to the issue happening?
