VPN not working
I have tried everything to get this Dell XPS 15 9510 connect to a Meraki VPN using IPsec but I can not. I get a Windows 720 error. I have tested the VPN on Windows 10, Windows 11, on Microsoft Surface Laptops, and the VPN works. Also on Apple IOS (2 devices) so I know the VPN works.
I have deleted the WAN Adpapters nd added them back in but still nothing.
Any ideas are welcome as there is clearly something Hardware or Software related that is causing a problem on the Dell Laptop.

See below for troubleshooting that error. If you also have one of the invasive security suites loaded (McAfee, Norton, others), disable that for testing purposes. They can hijack network connections as effectively as any malware does.

Thank you.
There are no security suites installed. Using Microsoft Defender and firewall.
I will double check this again. I've been through the MS trouble shooting scenarios twice and once with a Microsoft Tech and it did not work, but will try once more. and come back to you

Tried the steps in the guide. Nothing works.
ms_wanarp, pacer, and wfplwf are all enabled
There is no third party driver shown
removing and reinstalling WAN port makes no difference (Done this 4 times now)

On this page people advice to disable "Dell optimizer" or "Network" tile inside "Dell optimizer"
