Actually there is more to it. you will have to perform your step every time. 

Complete fix it 

You have to ensure that Task manager > startup > WaveMaxx is Enabled 

MSCONFIG > Services > WaveMaxx and Realtek Audio both should be checked

Now the service and WaveMaxx app would auto start.
