Waves Maxxaudio Mulfunctioning?

XPS13 7390 2in1

Problem:

1.The audio driver can detect a headphone when it's plugged in but no sound from headphone or the built-in speaker. When no headphone plugged in, the built-in speaker works well.

2.The Maxxaudio's sound direction detection is not working (Pct1 for now, was something like Pct2 ). NX is not working too, though I am not quite sure this has worked or not.

How did I end up here: I didn't use my earphones for a long time. Recently when I used it I found Problem 1 happens afterthe Laptop went into sleep mode or restarted with headphone plugged in. Then I reinstalled the driver and Maxxaudio, which doesn't work (same thing happens again). I tried the driver provided by MS then Problem 2 happens, even I reinstalled dell's driver I cannot get this right.

So I wonder if anyone here could provide some solution?

I made sure that both 1.) Realtek HD Audio Universal Service and 2.) Wave MaxxAudio Service Application are running  in the Starup. As such, every time you plug in the headphone, the  MaxxAuidoPro dialogue will appear for device options. Once you click Ok, the headphone will now work. Enjoy.
