WD15 Firmware Update Failure

Hello,

I have a XPS 13 9310. Dell Command Update (v4.3.0) says everything is up-to-date. When using Dell Firmware Update Dock (v1.0.9) with my WD15, I have a failure.

During reboot I have a message saying "Updating your firmware - BIOS Update Failed. Rebooting your system."

Strangely the MST1 component was updated, however the latter three are failing.

Any idea on how to complete the update?

Have you see this?

Cause

Firmware Update Utility of WD15/TB16/TB18DC does not support Dell computers which are launched after January 2020. Because the utility uses legacy security key which is not compatible with new security of computers which launched after January 2020.
