We ran into an unexpected issue with supportassist and CPU problem
Hello!
Supportassist is not working on my xps 15 9500. It shows "we ran into an unexpected issue with supportassist. Restart your pc and try again"
I have issues with cpu as well (i7-10750H). Performance test shows only around 11k score. Ussage usualy is not high, but if i do some heavy tasks, like working in adobe lightroom or photoshop, or playing games, fans go loud and cpu frequency drops from ~4.6 ghz to ~3.1 Ghz. And in that moment my program that im working with realy slows down or crashes, and in games fps drops from 70 to 30.
Gpu usage usualy when playing games is low ~40-70%, it should be at least ~90 %.
My specs:
- CPU - I7-10750
- GPU - 1650 TI
- RAM - 16gb
- SSD - 500gb
- SCREEN - UHD + touch

2. In the Run dialog box, type msinfo32 and press Enter key
3. In the System Information window, look for BIOS Version/Date
If BIOS version 1.4.0 is on the computer then read information that might be helpful in link below:
