Where do I add PPID?

Just got a new pen (PN5122W) and have no clue where to add the PPID to register it. Quick Start Guide only tells you to add it but not where. Also have no pen option when looking to pair in the Peripheral Manager app. Website told me to update the BIOS and did this and reinstalled the Peripheral Manager app but still no luck.

Very frustrating

The pen doesn't have a service tag number so it doesn't need registration.

For the rest, what is your specific model system (XPS 9575, Inspiron 7535, etc.) and screen type (resolution)?

Not all Dell systems -- just specific 2-in-1s with specific screen types -- support active pens.

i have this same problem. and now, my pen won't write anymore but dell support won't accept the PPID, just a service tag. I dont have a service tag on the pen.
