Hello,
When I activate WIFI, after 5 minutes, bluetooth disappears and cannot use keyboard and mouse anymore.
No BT card detected, need to restart.

All users need to post the specific XPS Laptop model, specific WiFi, and operating system installed.
Well you can try the following:
Disconnect and connect your WiFi again
Try to run network troubleshoot
switch to external Bluetooth
Check if your router support 5 GHz

@user_4867e1 it does not happens from idle resume.
It happens if I enable Wifi, and keep working in the same session, after some minute, BT devices are disconnected, bluetooth switch and selectors are not available from tray.
Only if wifi enabled. I need to work 100% with wifi card OFF. That's not acceptable.

@muttley-reds
Most likely this is caused by a device driver issue, Windows updates have most likely installed incompatible device drivers on your system
Your best option is to go to the Support page for your PC on the manufacturers website, form there download and install the WiFi and Bluetooth drivers they recommend, those drivers may be older than the current versions on your PC, they will however, be more compatible
If you have any difficulty locating that support page, what is the Make and exact Model No. of your PC - that will be printed on a sticker on the bottom casing of your PC . . .
OR
Try following one by one. Skip a step which you have already tried.
A. Run Internet Connections / Network / Bluetooth Troubleshooters
Windows Key+i > Update & Security > Troubleshoot >
1. Click Internet Connections > Run the Troubleshooter
2. Click Network Adapter > Run the Troubleshooter
3. Click Bluetooth and run the troubleshooter
B. Head to following Microsoft Help Link and execute the steps there
https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/10741/...
C. Take actions related to Bluetooth driver
Windows Key+X > Click Device Manager > Expand Bluetooth > Right click on entry below >
1. Rollback the Driver
Click Properties > Go to Driver tab > If there is rollback option, click it
2. Uninstall the Driver
Uninstall > Reboot the computer > The driver will be installed automatically when you restart
3. Update driver from manufacturer's website
Your Bluetooth drive may need to be reinstalled from computer manufacturer's website.
D. Restart Bluetooth Support Service
Windows Key+R > Type services.msc > Enter > Once the Services window opens, locate Restart Bluetooth Support Service > right-click > Restart.
After so, right-click on it again, choose Properties, then ensure startup type is on Automatic
