windows 10 reset
I have an xps 13 which came with windows 10.
after developing some issues and chatting to microsoft, they suggested i do a system reset.
after a couple of attempts through windows itself, the reset always fails, so i am looking to reinstall (keeping my files)
i have downloaded the files onto bootable usb, but as my laptop has no oem key sticker, i am a bit hesitant incase i cannot activate windows.
any failsafe ideas ?

No product key is needed; there is one built into the system board, if your system was ordered from Dell with Windows 10.
