Windows 11 22H2

I updated my laptop this morning to windows 11 22H2, but now it won’t turn on. The only thing I can get it to do is when I click the power button, the keyboard lights up, the charge indicator flashes orange 2x, then white 7x, then powers off.

Well, I guess that means the Display is NOT working?

I guess you could use a secondary monitor (if it is capable of using one) and see if it shows the BIOS boot screen and go from there?

If it does, create a USB drive to load the BIOS EXE file on it and it might load?

This might require repair though before you can do anything?

You didn't specify the model you have, but I assume it is a laptop, so this page might help you,

It’s an 2018 XPS 13 , on the table it says it an LCD failure, and it suggests flashing the BIOS to latest revision, how do I do that with the laptop not powering on?
