Xps 13 2 in 1 won't enter boot menu
My Xps 13 2 in 1 has had endless issues. The latest: when I power it up, it gets stuck on the Dell logo screen. The keyboard lights flash off but the logo doesn't change. Hitting any F key during post makes it try to open the F12 boot options menu, but it just shows a progress bar that never moves. I can't get it into any other mode.
Any ideas?

Unplug the system, remove the base cover and disconnect the battery from the system board. Hold the power button for 30 sec, plug in and see if the system will start up. If it still won't, hopefully the system is under warranty and you have a backup made, since literally everything inside the system -- the memory, the CPU and the solid state drive -- is soldered to the system board, which will need to be replaced.
