xps 13 2in1
keyboard broken twice in 2 years. dell doesn't keep them in stock. my warrantee recently expired and they want me to send the machine to their central fix it place where they keep keyboards in stock, rather than sending me one (i'll pay of course). 2 different inventory systems they tell me. terrible.

Parts-people.com should have the palmrest assembly you need to purchase. They can also replace it for you for a $100 fee.
