XPS 13 9305, horizontal gray lines on screen

<Moved out of Inspiron Laptops and into XPS Laptops. DELL-Admin>
There are these gray lines that are appearing on my laptop screen. They just appeared while I was using it and didn't go away. They are blocking 3/4ths of the screen and make it difficult to use my laptop. If anyone knows how to fix this problem please tell me.

Run a screen diagnostic - hold the D key through powerup. If the same fault shows on the test screens, the display assembly will need to be replaced.
If it does not, you may have a driver or GPU issue.
