That's a faulty battery error. To confirm, unplug the system, remove the base cover and disconnect the battery from the system board. Plug the system in -- if the system boots without the error, the battery needs to be replaced.
If the system is less than 12 months old, the battery is under warranty and the replacement will be covered by the warranty.
