XPS 13 9310, oversaturated screen impossible to fix
Hi everyone,
I just bought a new 11th gen Intel Processor Dell XPS 13 9310 and the screen saturation is absurd, in some colors as red or green it just hurts to look at.
I tried to install Dell PremierColor but it just doesn't work, also tried to calibrate it via Intel Graphics Command Center or the built-in Windows 10 screen calibration but it did not work that much. I even considered buying a screen calibrator, but it is a really expensive tool that I would prefer not to buy to use it just one time, also I'm afraid it doesn't work too.
Is there any reliable option that does not involve returning the device and hoping for a full refund?

Post pictures of the LCD BIST (Built-in Self Test) showing us this, "oversaturated screen".

Hey, I experienced this same issue. Go into the "Intel Graphics Command Center", click on the "System" option on the left (4 boxes icon), click on "Power" in the top right, scroll down and turn everything off under the "Power Settings".

I've done this and don't see any difference whatsoever. Gamma is still garbage. Specially while viewing high contrast content. Any other suggestions? Anything from Dell?

Does Premiere Color work on any of the Dell XPS laptops? I've got a 7590 and Premiere Color stopped working with one of the windows or graphics updates sometime last year. Super annoying because it's basically impossible to do color work with the screen so oversaturated.

I can't help you as I haven't been able to get it working on my laptop, and yes I agree, it is really annoying.

Sorry, no other suggestions. It only helped bring down the oversaturation for me a little bit so that it's no longer as hard to look at. Everything else Dell has recommended hasn't worked for me either.

I tried something else and so far it seems to be working. I uninstalled the Intel Graphics Command Center from Apps & features and then downloaded it from the Microsoft Store, restarted and haven't experienced the oversaturation yet (only been a week)

I have found a fix !!! maybe a little bit too late but it worked me.
1. Go to the microsoft store and download intel graphics command center
2. Open the app and go to Display then Color
3. go to the bottom of that page and uncheck the Local adaptative contrast enhancement.
It corrected the problem for me.
