XPS 13 9350, Primary battery charging configuration

Hello,

I have an XPS 13 9350 but am unable to see the custom charge settings thresholds through the the BIOS. When check them I only see two options under the Primary Charging Configuration; Standard & Express Charge. I don't see Adaptive, Standard, Primarily AC Use or Custom. I'm running BIOS 1.10.1 and recently installed a new battery. Does anyone know how to get the correct options to show or the cause?

Thanks!

same here, hoping for a solution.

I really need this feature because my battery could lose connection when it charged 100%

  1. BIOS version: 1.11.1
  2. yes, I tried Dell Power Manager, I downloaded and installed it from microsoft store, I tried to use custom mode but it doesn't work, xps was still charged to 100% after setting "Stop Charging" at 95%.  and i aslo downloaded and installed https://www.dell.com/support/home/ba/en/babsdt1/drivers/driversdetails?driverid=h2vh9
  3. by the way, peak shift works well, but I want to control charging by battery not by time
