* Was this XPS 13-9370 purchased new directly from Dell?
* Click my name and private message me the XPS 13-9370 service tag number
* Disconnect every cable from the XPS 13-9370 except the AC power adapter and cable
* Click Start- Turn Off Computer- Turn Off
* Turn it back on

* Once back into Windows 10, is BT (bluetooth) currently on or off? Switch it to other. What happens?
