XPS 13 Battery draining fast while Powered off

Question

Why does my Battery drain when my XPS13 Win 11 Laptop is FULLY shutdown.

This is a serious issue and completely unacceptable. i did not have this problem on my other win 10 XPS 13

Does it need replacing. I turned off Sleep & Hibernate

This is a brand new computer? It's a few days old, 1 month, 1 or 2 year ?

You upgraded windows 10 to 11?

What is the exact Dell model number ? Example: Dell XPS 15 9550
