Hello All,
I hope my experience will be useful!

I tried all I found in dell forum but nothing's help.

I tried:
New bios,
downgrade bios,
turned off fast startup,
windows with all updates,
clean windows,
old windows,
linux(mint, ubuntu)...

I found that Laptop is not shutting down even from bios.

Finally I disassembled laptop.
I found a damaged cable from the small bios battery which was in contact with the case.
The cable insulation was solve issue.

No Events found!
