XPS 13, error code 2000-0511 (Processor Fan)
I just purchased a new XPS 13, and after the second restart (which was forced due to software update), I got this 2000-0511 error code. Tried to update the BIOS, but it didn't go away.

Start with the Dell diagnostics (F12 at powerup). If the fan fails there and the system is brand new, contact Dell or your seller for a refund or replacement system.
