FULLHD is your choice , does not matter if touch. Matte has no reflections, but with touch colors looks better(exchange for reflection).

If battery runtime is important, you need the FHD screen -- you will lose a lot in battery life with an UHD or QHD panel.

I have the XPS 13 Plus, honestly the battery life is underwhelming. Depending on your use case, consider another laptop with more substantial battery life.
