XPS 13 Plus capacitive touch key buttons not working
Hello - the touch key buttons are not working, either to control media or as function keys.
This XPS 13 Plus is two weeks old.
Any fixes you can advise or should I return the laptop?

Just got mine and on second day, all the capacitive buttons stopped working. Did you resolve your issue? I think I will just swap mine for a different model.
