XPS 15 7590 bluetooth not connecting

Hi I have the Intel® Wireless Bluetooth® with the latest driver installed

Killer-AX1650-AX1675-AX1690-and-Intel-AX200-AX201-AX210-AX211-3165-9260-9560-9462-8265-8260-7265_KK2KH_WIN64_22.100.0.3_A31_06.EXE

Version: 22.100.0.3

I have followed all previous posts on removing the old driver and reinstalling the new one above, as well as resetting the BIOS to factory settings and nothing seems to get the bluetooth from connecting to any device (audio, mouse or keyboards). I am able to detect the devices as shown below and the bluetooth is working (passed dell support assist test) so if anyone has suggestions please let me know.
