* Plug the AC power adapter into the XPS 15 9500 * Restart the XPS 15 9500 and tap F2 to enter the BIOS * Go to Keyboard * Toggle Fn Lock Mode to Off * Click Apply Changes * Toggle Fn Lock Mode to On * Click Apply Changes * Exit the BIOS * Once back into Windows, retest
