XPS 15 9500 not charging and constant reboot

My XPS 15 are keeping rebooting after plugging in the charging with the recent updates listed below:
- Dell XPS 15 9500 System BIOS - 1.16.0 - 25.93 MB - Critical - Installed
- Intel Management Engine Components Installer - A14 - 287.92 MB - Recommended - Installed

Even having the power plugged in, and showed no charging, the worse case was that XPS restarted self with no reason.

Any suggestion?
