XPS 15 9500, SA HDD error 2000-0155
Hi,
On the XPS 15 9500, SA (SupportAssist) freezes while scanning hardware. And after rebooting it displays disk error 2000-0155. In UEFI, all tests passed.
Hard drive: PNY DYSK SSD CS2130 - 1TB

* Run the pre-Windows ePSA diagnostics to check for any hardware failures
* Keep the AC power adapter connected to the Laptop during the test
* Click No when prompted for the extended memory test
* If you see any errors, capture the images and post them out here
