XPS 15 9560 - Consistent Blue Screen
When connecting an external monitor through a Display Adapter (purchased from Dell) using the one USB C port I continually get a Blue Screen. Is there a possibility that the port itself is bad?
This began to happen AFTER a windows 10 update. I have attempted to roll back, verify all drivers, verify no ! in device manager, run support assistant pre-boot...
I need help in troubleshooting this error. Please tell me how to find the event logs that are causing the blue screen so that I can resolve the issue.
