XPS 15 957 - USB Type C - Thunderbolt - Not working

Hi,
my USB Type C port doesn't seem to be working properly. Here is a screenshot of what I'm seeing on Windows 10:

I tried to fix it by uninstalling/reinstalling the drivers, but issue was still there. I updated to the latest drivers and to the latest BIOS. I play around with BIOS setup options (Thunderbolt)
This is preventing me from using the USB Type C port.
At this point, I'm afraid that the hardware might be faulty.

Can someone point me to the right direction? Is there anything else I can try to fix this?
