xps 15 (9570) backlight bleed

I just got my XPS 15 and I start it update everything and as soon as I go on Netflix and try to watch a movie I start seeing backlight bleed in the bottom corners of the screen. I bought it from a retailer, should I contact them or do I contact Dell about this problem. also is this screen bleed bad enough to get a replacement.
