XPS 15 9570 bluetooth issues

Hello everyone,

I have this pc for 3 years now and recently got my first pair of bluetooth headphones and a bluetooth speaker, both works like a charm with every other device and they have not any kind of issue. When it comes to my XPS it connects like in the photo giving me 2 options: a "stereo" one and a "hands-free AG audio". The problem there is that it seems like both of the options are missing the audio components (frequencies) of the other one and it makes my dispositives sound like garbage.
