XPS 15 (9570) bluetooth

I've had this laptop for three years, and i constantly have to fix the bluetooth.

Over the past 8 times the bluetooth as "disappeared":

-4 times a restart fixed it

-1 time it was an uninstall of the driver

-1 time it was the installing a separate item

-1 time it was forcing an update to a previous Microsoft Update

Now, I am having the issue again, but I don't want to spend hours trying to debug this (something I never had to do for any previous laptop I've owned).

Is this just me, or is this a larger sign of the quality of Dell laptop products?  Do they all have bluetooth issues constantly?  This is my first dell product.

1. Open the driver wizard program on the desktop of the computer system.
2. After entering the driver wizard, click Driver Management.
3. Select the driver to be installed.
4. Click Install.
5. After reinstallation, you can see the Bluetooth icon in the system status bar.
