xps 15 9570 BSOD issue

Hi All, Need some help with this. My laptop is just shy of being 2 years old (bought in Oct 2018) and since yesterday I have a looping Bluescreen error. I've had occasional issues after an automatic Dell update updated my bios to 1.16 then to 1.17. (from 1.05)

I am somewhat tech savvy so I tried a few things to fix it however I'm at my wit's end. Here are the things I've tried.

1) Recovering back to a previous version of Windows update.

2) Repairing using boot media

3) Hardware Diagnostic

4)Automatic repairs

5) Reverting bios back to 1.16

6) reverting bios back to 1.14

7) reverting bios back to 1.6

8)Wipe the SSD

9) Tried to reinstall windows (crashed a bunch of time during install)

10) Finally reinstalled... working fine until restart. (never-ending BSOD loop again now) (no longers boot USB media without bsod)

11) Took out one of the ram to check if ram issue... still crash.

12) swap for the second ram... still crashing

13) took out ssd and tried to boot via USB... still crash

Some of these crashes happen with a flicker of blue screen and it resets. sometimes, it bsod and freezes on the sad face showing only the face... no words... sometimes I freezes on the words.... ironically reading "your PC ran into a pro"...

Now I'm here not knowing what next to try. Any help would be appreciated.

Found a fix. It was some of the settings in the BIOS where the default settings causes those crashes.
