XPS 15-9570, power on issues

Question

I'm having exactly the same issue with the addition of my computer switching itself off and then I have to hold down the power button for 10 seconds before it will switch back on. Given I paid £1800 for it, I'd expect a machine that will at least stay on or switch on when I tell it to!! I've tried every known solution including taking it back for an exchange! Any support would be appreciated! Thanks, Damian

Are you saying that Dell UK gave you a like for like system exchange and the replacement XPS 15-9570 has the same issue as the original returned XPS 15-9570?
