XPS 15 9575 bluetooth issue

My Bluetooth mouse has stopped working and when I open "Systems", the toggle has disappeared and when I try to add a Bluetooth device it says "couldn't connect".

In the past, I have followed advice and installed the "Killer Wireless AC 1535 and 1435 Bluetooth Driver" from the Dell website. However, this time it won't work. I've also noticed that my "sleep" function doesn't seem to be working.

Unfortunately I am a novice when it comes to IT issues. Can anyone help please and kindly keep the solution simple.

Thank you!

Welcome to the world of Dell doesn't give a caca about this KNOWN issue.  Just got off the phone with a supervisor, here are the results

1. Yes we know it is a known software program

2. Yes we know you called in 2018 about it

3. We take you at your word when you say you have been fixing this issue on your own 4 to 5 times  year

4. If you want help now-- You must pay our ransom despite knowing this is a recurrent problem.
