I have to disable hyperthreading and turbo boost to run Windows 11 and keep it stable

Enabling anything and windows may through BSOD problems or not even boot completely

Seems that the machine with an i7-8750H CPU is not handling the OS well. Machine seems stable but Windows 11 lately has been a real problem
