My XPS 16 freezes out of nowhere, even when I'm just working in excel, edge, and outlook. It's insane that a premium device can’t handle basic productivity. This isn’t just disappointing, it’s outright embarrassing for something in this price range. A machine in this league choking mid-task isn’t just crazy, it’s unacceptable. I’m not asking it to run a nuclear reactor, just excel, edge, and outlook. If that’s too much for it, it’s time Dell answers for some serious performance gaps.
