XPS 16 camera issues

I am unable to access the camera on my Dell XPS 16 laptop. Whenever I try to use it, I receive the following error message:
"We can't find your camera. Error code: 0xA00F4244 <NoCamerasAreAttached>."

I have already followed all the troubleshooting steps mentioned in Dell’s support article here: https://www.dell.com/support/contents/en-uk/article/product-support/self-support-knowledgebase/monitor-screen-video/webcams, but there has been no improvement.

Well ensuring the camera is properly connected and enabled in Device Manager. and try Update or Reinstall the Camera Driver (you can update the drive manually or you can try a driver update utility tool like Advanced Driver Updater) also check for windows update as well.

Dell GHN (Get Help Now) chat technical support must verify the ownership and warranty status. Click the blue "Get Help Now" on the right to start a private live chat session. Share the private XPS Service Tag with them. Once verified, they will troubleshoot with you.

Read through the Dell article to see if helps =

Dell Laptop Camera Not Working in Teams, Zoom, and Windows Camera Application

The article mentions reinstalling "Intel 2D Imaging/MCU/Visual Sensing Controller Driver for Camera".
