XPS 17 9710, multiple issues

I had a decent HP computer but felt I wanted a stronger laptop. I bought a high end Dell laptop which included Windows 11 and an i9 processor. I thought I was buying a quality product. We used to be a Dell family. I have had nothing but problems since buying my laptop. I contacted Dell "Help" desk with no resolution. I spent hours on the phone with them and even allowed them to take control of the computer. I called them when I first noticed I could not use certain apps and that it had to be the company's problem. Here is a list of the problems I have encountered.
1) Dell: unable to access login screen for Hotmail/Outlook email -> I had to use my HP
2) Unable to renew my license on line it would not proceed to following screen -> renewed license on HP
3) Unable to load information for my insurance carrier as the screen never proceeded to next screen -> loaded all information using my HP
4) I was able to log into a different email account only to discover that all my saved folders and subfolders were empty.  Guess where I found the contents of these folders. You guessed it, when I logged into this same email account on my HP laptop.
5) The desktop apps are easily readable. BUT, when I open up many of these apps, the opened apps screen is so small and cramped that they are unreadable. But everything was easily readable on my HP.
6) When I contacted the Dell help desk because my desktop screen was all pixilated, restore point was set. Any restore points set All disappear after a short time. I have tried using Firefox, Google Chrome, and Microsoft Edge. It didn't make any difference to the issues I listed above.
