XPS 2-in-1 screen issue/flicker

Question

My brand new XPS 2-in-1 13 inch screen randomly goes to multi-color lines (see attached pic) and then sometimes either goes black or back to the screen I was on with a flicker.  Anyone else experience this or any ideas?
