XPS 9305 - high temperature

Hey,

I just bought Dell XPS 13 9305 and i have a problem with high temperature even on surfing internet... i have update every single drivers and even bios.. still i have a temperature around 50-60 degrees Celcius even when i have open this site and writing this post. I wanted to turn off turboboost in bios, but when i clicked save it come back to enable...

Ive tried to download Intel Extreme Tuning Utility, but cant install it cause of some issue with "unsupported platform"...

Did some of you have same issue with this model? Please help me, cause i dont know what i should do
