XPS 9370 Thunderbolt not recognizing external GPU

Question

I've been using a Razer Core X with an RTX 2060 for about a year now. The very first time I plugged it in, it was plug and play. I have been using it without a hitch since then. Now, my system is receiving power from the enclosure but not recognizing the 2060 as a display adapter. I tried to update the thunderbolt driver but it repeatedly failed. Every other pending update went through fine, but the thunderbolt driver did not. Now it is not even showing up in SupportAssist.

same i suspecting its a mechanical failure my wire might be broken i don't know though
