XPS 9380 Not Recognizing USB-C Devices

Laptop still charges fine in all ports, but none of the dongles (the one provided and an Anker that I got) work anymore. The light on the Anker dongle turns on, so there is some sort of connection, but every time it is connected I get an error message saying the device is not recognized. This has happened on/off for a while, but now it just doesn't work at all. 

I've tried checking drivers and BIOS and uninstalling/reinstalling those, but nothing works.
