Now this is just an assumption.

In most cases where a customer doesn't buy a Dell computer with 2 SSD, Dell doesn't include stock heatsink. Did you buy a heatsink one by yourself or one was pre included ?? If it wasn't and you install it without heatsink. It may be resulting in those crashes.

If you have already install a heatsink and I can mostly think of a motherboard failure

No, I had no heat sink on the secondary drive. I got a replacement XPS and all is good now. Must have been a motherboard issue.

After trying different ways to solve that problem I finally found the root of the problem. And that is not in RAID drive mode or overheat. But heatsink will help, because if you look at the back plate it place where NVME drive located, you found conductive sponge. And this sponge short circuit some components on NVME drive when you push a bit harder to back side of the laptop. And that looks "randomly happened" and drive can diapear before OS boot or after. To avoid this install heatsink or atleast capton tape on the sponge/drive.
