XPS 9570 Disappointment - Battery drain while sleeping

I bought this DELL based on the reviews and build quality but it has been a major disappointment just trying to getting sleep to work properly.  Sleeping or hibernation completely drains the battery over 24 hours.  I have never had a problem getting sleep or hibernate to work on any other laptop I have ever owned but this "top of the range" laptop has refused to work as it should and has caused nothing but stress trying to get it to work properly.

I've tried all the driver updates and am on latest 1.6 BIOS - nothing seems to improve it.

Its like going back 10 years in time.  You *have to* completely shut down and boot back up if you want to have any battery life left when leaving the laptop overnight.  There are dozens of posts all over the internet about it and that DELL will not (or cannot) fix it.  I came back to DELL after a long absence but this laptop has convinced me to look elsewhere again, wont be buying any more of them.

Have you made any changes to the registry?

Do you know if your system is Modern Standby capable?

If you could open a command prompt window and type the command below, then copy and paste in your next reply.

powercfg /a

Dell killed S3 sleep by bios 1.3.1 I recall. High battery drain is a well known "feature" of MS.
