Xps 9570 display issue
I plugged an hdmi cable into my 9570, and got a BSOD. Didn't write down the error, I didn't think anything of it at the time.
Rebooted, and now the attached display does not work. Additionally, there is no image when I connect to an external display via hdmi.
I do see the dell logo when I turn the pc on. Past this however, nothing. I can enter both the recovery and bios menus, and the display works fine.
Turned the device off, executed recovery (option to keep files), same result. Tried to recover without keeping anything (full restore), still nothing.
Any ideas?

Update: ran diagnostics, error 2000-0511 video fan failed to respond correctly. I don't see why this would cause the display to not work in windows, especially when I could run recovery and bios menu.
Tried to boot in safe mode, stuck on Dell logo.
