XPS 9575 issues
I purchased a Dell Outlet 9575 17 months ago. It's still under warranty. A technician is coming today to replace the keyboard - something like the 6th such replacement since I've owned it.
I tried to get Dell to credit me what I paid for it 3 repairs ago, but they only offered a 10% credit towards a new device.
To say that I'm annoyed...
I'll gladly pay the difference for a new machine, and a comparable one is around $1650. It seems Dell would rather replace the keyboard every 2-3 months and have a dissatisfied customer than do the right thing.

My choice between the two is just keep replacing keyboards. I have to wonder if there is something flawed about the maglev ones. Over the life of this thing, they may well end up replacing 20 of them. Heck of a way to do business.

You probably have grounds at this point to ask for a replacement system, but that will be refurbished -- not new. There's no way you'll get a "new system price" credit for what's now a used system - nor will they allow an upgrade to a different system. You'll have to ask if they'll replace the system - you may in the process wind up with a higher-spec system, but you don't have the ability to choose a new replacement for a used system. If you hold out for that, they'll just keep replacing keyboards until the warranty expires.
