XPS15 9500 openGL?
I am trying to get a CNC design tool called Carveco running on my XPS 9500. I have updated all the drivers from Dell, but the Carveco software reports only openGL 1.1, and they need at least 3.0:
OpenGL Vendor: Microsoft Corporation
OpenGL Renderer: GDI Generic
OpenGL Version: 1.1.0
I am in contact with the software vendor as well, but is there something I need to do to 'enable' better OpenGL? Both graphics chip say they support it.
And is it correct that the XPS uses the NVIDIA card as a coprocessor vs a standalone video card?
Thanks
