XPS15 9550 sluggish
Hello Guys, My dell xps15 just gotten really slow a week ago. Everything has been really slow. If I scroll through browsers it is no longer smooth. When I watch videos on browser such as youtube the videos are stuttering. When I open file explorer it take sometime to open plus when i try to open files it takes a few seconds to open. Before everything was really smooth, just now I am having this sluggish problem. Anyone know what is the issue?

Start with a full hardware scan (F12 at powerup).
Check the task manager to see what's consuming resources, and disable or remove anything you don't need.
Is the system running abnormally hot?

so after I ran it, it is showing Battery is reaching the end of its usable life. Is this an issue? If I am not mistaken this battery was changed two years back. It is hot, I thought it was hot since the battery dies fast so I used it (died after 1 hour plus) while charging.
